Basis of Services
Tevila Trading provides its services based on professional judgment, available information, and the scope agreed in writing with each client. Our deliverables are not guarantees of specific commercial, technical, or financial outcomes.
Maximum Extent Permitted by Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tevila Trading's liability arising out of or related to the website, our services, or any information provided shall be limited as set forth below and in our written engagement agreements.
Excluded Damages
Tevila Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of revenue, profits, business, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
- Loss or corruption of data.
- Costs of substitute goods or services.
Liability Cap
Where liability cannot be excluded, Tevila Trading's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the fees actually paid by the client to Tevila Trading for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Governing Agreements
Any liability arising from our services shall be governed by the specific written agreement between Tevila Trading and the client. In the absence of such agreement, the limitations described on this page apply.
